Sep 30, 2023 · I requested a device unlock, as the “may take up to 24 hours approached” I received a message stating they needed to do further investigation with no time line attatched. After 5 more days of waiting which was a total of a week. I canceled and started the process again and I’m right back at the same point waiting for approval.
